Program Name: JS Law Candidate Application Updates

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of JS Law to job applicants, candidates, interviewees, and recruiting contacts who have provided their mobile phone number to JS Law in connection with employment, internship, law clerk, contract attorney, paralegal, administrative, or other recruiting opportunities.

1. Program Description

The JS Law Candidate Application Updates SMS program provides recruiting-related text messages about your application or potential employment opportunity with JS Law.

Messages may include:

  • Confirmation that your application or resume was received;

  • Updates about your application status;

  • Interview scheduling or rescheduling messages;

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of applying for a position or being considered for employment with JS Law. You may communicate with JS Law by email or other available methods instead.

Message frequency varies depending on your application status and the recruiting process. You may receive messages when there is an update, scheduling need, reminder, or follow-up related to your application or interview process.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to or received from JS Law. Charges may be imposed by your mobile carrier depending on your mobile phone plan. JS Law is not responsible for carrier charges.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from JS Law at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you reply STOP, JS Law will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from JS Law unless you opt in again.
